Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of the use of the iwang online gambling platform, including the website, mobile application, and any related services provided by iwang. User Eligibility

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the iwang platform. Holding multiple accounts under the same or different identities is strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed without notice.

During registration, users are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including their full name as stated on their MyKad, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. iwang reserves the right to request a copy of the MyKad or an equivalent official identification document at any stage of use for verification purposes.

• Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and login information.
• Any activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, including if the account is accessed by a third party due to your own negligence.

Deposits and Withdrawals

iwang supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as the cryptocurrencies USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The transaction conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method and system availability.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same or related payment method as the original deposit method for security purposes.

Account Closure and Suspension

• The user is found to hold multiple accounts.

Users also have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting iwang customer support. Any valid balance in the account at the time of closure will be returned once any necessary investigation has been completed, subject to there being no outstanding bets or claims.

Limitation of Liability

Applicable Law

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to the law, that provision will be considered severed while the remainder of these Terms continues in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and iwang regarding the use of the platform and supersede all prior communications or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
